We Took Rapid Recovery to Our Local Run Club—Here’s What Happened

Last week we packed up GOOD TMRW’s Rapid Recovery and headed to our local run club to see what real runners thought about it—no pitches, no expectations, just pure post-run recovery in action.

The Run

It was a beautiful day to run—crisp air, good vibes, and a group of runners ready to put in the work. Some were seasoned marathoners, others just getting into their stride, but they all had one thing in common: a love for the run and wanting to stay energized without the recovery.

We met the runners back at the finish giving out Rapid Recovery to help restore the energy and start the recovery. 

The Test: Can Recovery Actually Be This Simple?
